V-145-02 and V-146-02 Notice is hereby given that the Cam1el/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the 26'h day of August, 2002 at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Cam1el, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon Developmental Standards Variance applications for Old Meridian Investments, L.P. The applicant requests the renewal of approval of a Developmental Standards Variance of Section 3.0 of the Cam1el/Clay Zoning Ordinance to allow a center identification ground sign to be located within the vision clearance triangle on a comer lot. The applicant al so requests the renewal of approval of a Developmental Standards Variance of Section 25.7.2-11 e) of the Cannel/Clay Zoning Ordinance to decrease the minimum required distance for a center identifi.cation sign from the street right-of-way. The applicant specifically requests a decrease in the setback from 10 feet to 8.28 feet along Carmel Drive and from 10 feet to .93 feet along Old Meridian Street. The property being known as the southeast comer of Cannel Drive and Old Meridian Street wi th a common address of 12425 Old Meridian Street, Carmel, Indiana. The applications are identified as Docket Nos. V-145-02 and V-146-02.
