Hamilton County, Indiana, more pm1icularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence North 89 degrees
37 minutes 08 seconds East along the South line of said Qum1er Section, 793.73 feet;
thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds West parallel to the West line of said
Quarter Section 327.25 teet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description~ thence
North 07 degrees 38 minutes 43 seconds East 207. 74 feet; thence North 10 degrees 32
minutes 23 seconds East 95.00 feet; thence South 71 degrees 30 minutes 42 seconds
East 140.24 feet; thence South 45 degrees 39 minutes 06 seconds East 138.01 feet;
