Mail & Facsimile (3 j 7/634-3576) Dear Mr. Butz, At the meeting held Monday, August 26, 2002, the Cannel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance petitions filed by you on behalf of R.J. Klein & Associates for Michael Henderson for a property located at 10211 Ditch Road: APPROVED: Docket No. V-148-02, petition for a Development Standards Variance of Section 25.1.1 (A)(2) in order to establish an Accessory Building on a parcel without a Principal Building. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. DENIED: Docket No. V-149-02, a Development Standards Variance of Section 25.9: Drainage in order to construct an Accessory Building within the floodplain of Spring Mill Run. The Board voted one (1) in favor, four (4) opposed, thereby denying the petition. Please be advised that per Section 30.5.5: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year.
