Per our conversation this morning, the 6-month extension will encompass all variances approved and listed above. The City of Carmel will grant the one-time extension of 6 months. The new terminating date ofthese approvals is: March 23, 2004 for Docket Nos. SUA-154-02, V-155-02 through V-159-02, and V-161-02 through V -165-02. July 27,2004 for Docket Nos.
