Payne Fanning/Howey Associates, Inc. 9025 N River Road, Suite 200 Indianapolis, IN 46240 RE: Clay Junior High School and Carmel Junior High School- 6-Month Extension Dear Mr. Payne: This letter is in response to therequest for a one-time, 6-month extension of the BZA.approvals of Docket Nos.: SUA-160-02, V-161-02 through V-165-02, V-155-02 through V-159-02, V-166- 02, and SUA-154-02. Per our conversation this morning, the 6-month extension will encompass all variances approved and listed above. The City of Carmel will grantthe one-time extension of 6 months. The new terminating date of these approvals is: March 23, 2004 for Docket Nos. SUA-154-02, V-155-02 through V-159-02, and V-161-02 through V -165-02. July 27,2004 for Docket Nos. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition with the following Conditions of Approval: 1. That the five feet of additional right-of-way for East 126th Street be dedicated off the south property line of Tax Parcel 16-10-28-00-00-050.000 adjacent to the existing forty-foot half right-of-way. 2.
