Jon Dobosiewicz of this Department has informed me that you have withdrawn Docket
No. 127~02 ADLS Amend on behalf of College Avenue Partners. LLC, Please be aware that the
Board of Zoning Appeals will not be willing to hear Docket Nos. V-168-02 and V-169-02 tmtil
the Plan Commission has approved an ADLS for the proposed sign.
Please apprise me as soon as possible whether your client intends to pursue the
aforementioned petitions before the Board of Zoning Appeals.
