Mail & Facsimile (317/846-8782) Dear Mr. Nelson, At the meeting held Monday, October 29, 2002, the Cannel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the follmving action regarding the Development Standards Variance filed by you on behalf of Mercbants' Pointe Associates, LLC, for signage to be located at 2325 Pointe Parkway: APPROVED: Docket No. V-170-02, a Development Standards Variance petition of Section 25.7.02-8(b)(i): Number & Type in order to establish three (3) ground floor tenant Identification Signs. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. *When applying for Sign Permits for this structure, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review. Please be advised that per Section 30.5.5: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of sign improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of these approvals is Tuesday, October 28,2003.
