LLC/(Lot 6) FINDINGS OF FACT - DEVELOPMENTAL STANDARDS VARIANCE ]. The approval of this Variance will not be injuries to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community because: The design, location and size of the wall signage has been approved by the Carmel Plan Commission as part of the ADLS review procedure, and the sign is consistent and compatible with existing sig~age in the area. 2.
