The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition with the following Condition: 1. That all Technical Advisory Committee issues be resolved satisfactorily prior to the issuance of an Improvement Location Pennit. APPROVED: Docket No. V-173-02, a petition to vary Section 25.7.02-5(b)(i) in order to establish two (2) Institutional Signs ousite. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-174-02, a petition to vary Section 25.7.02-5(c)(i) in order to establish a 96.25-square-foot Institutional Wall Sign on site. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-175-02, a petition to vary Section 25.7.02-5(c)(ii) in order to establish a 24-square-foot Changeable Copy Sign on site. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-176-021 a petition to vary Section 25. 7.02-5(d) in order to establish a 6' 2" Ground Sign on site. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-177-02, a petition to vary Section 5.4.1: Maximum Height in order to establish a 31-foot School of General Elementary Education. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. The Traffic Directional Signs do not require Sign Pennits. The Ground Institutional/Changeable Copy Sign and Wall Institutional Sign do require Sign Permits. *When applying for Sign Permits for this structure, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review. Please be advised that per Section 21. 2. 7: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Special Use approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of site improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six- month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date oftlllsapproval is Tuesday, October 29,2003. Please be advised that per Section 30.5.5: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (1) year; By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be undenvay, or a written.request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
