The Pizza Hut Express would occupy the end unit and have a pick up window wlo menu board. The window would only have a small awning. The area for public seating and waiting would be 859 sqft. Parking should be OK. 48 spaces provided wit~ 2472 gross for PH or (859 sqft @ 1 per 50) and 5496 (balance of other spaces) @ 1 per 200 equals 46 required. Landscaping would be moved with no net loss. This site is in US421 Overlay. I'm looking for the'likelihood of staff support if a variance is needed and direction on file deadlines and hearings.
