The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition with the following Conditions of Approval: 1. That the 75-foot half right-of-way for East 96th Street will be dedicated in accordance with the Thoroughfare Plan prior to the issuance of an Improvement Location Permit for the building addition, and 2. That all Technical Advisory Committee issues will be resolved satisfactorily prior to the issuance of an Improvement Location Permit. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year.
