IN 46032 RE: ZONING ORDINANCE VIOLATION —TEMPORARY SIGN(S) Dear Sir or Madam: This letter is being provided to inform you that a temporary sign(s) violation has been brought to this department's attention. The sign(s) advertises for Carmel Woods Apartments, located at 1010 Rangeline Rd., in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. According to Section 25.07.01-4 Prohibited Signs, of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance the following sign(s) are prohibited: o) Lighter than air advertising devices (balloons) j) Portable signs which are portable or moveable, except as permitted under provisions of this section. You have illegal signage on display which is in violation of local ordinance. The small portable signs, the balloons and the attachment to your ground sign (1 bedroom special) are all violations and must be permanently removed. This letter shall serve as the first and final warning for this type of violation. Please remove the illegal signage by December 26, 2007 or daily citations will be issued until compliance has been achieved.
