Description of potential violation: For some time, WCC has been using this area to dump significant quantities of various kinds of debris. It has now developed into a major eyesore, as the quantities of debris continue to increase. We have attempted to contact WCC, both via phone and via letter, with no response to date. We don't know if this constitutes a City Ordinance Violation, but it is certainly a negative impact to the quality and value of our property. We feel that this debris needs to be deposited in a location that does not adversely impact any homeowner.
