Dear Scott Brewer:
r am providing this letter in regards to the two 2.5" Skyline Thornless Honeylocust Trees
(Gleditsia triacanthos Va!. inermis 'Skyline')planted in the gas line easement on the north end
ofilie Red Robin Gourmet Burgers. located at 14599 Clay Terrace Boulevard, Cannel, IN
46032. While we were On site installing the landscaping Roy Bauer ~f Buckeye PartnerS
approached my crew leader informing him the trees needed to be moved outside of the
easement and mentioned any place on the north side of the asphalt path would be an appropriate
location for them.
Per our meeting on 3/2Sf08 We have decided to mOve the trees to the north side of the asphalt
path. Deemeld Construction superintendent Dan Le-dermeier contacted Lauth and has received
approval to relocate the trees to the areas we discussed. One will be installed near the
northwest comer of the Red Robin property and the second will be installed between the two
] ight polIs located further west, both locations are north of the asphalt path.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding the relocation of the trees.
Thank you for your time and understanding. I will be in touch when our work is complete and
ready for inspection.
Sincerely,
.~
