Dear Mr. Gilman:
At the meeting held Monday, March 24, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) tiled by you for the property located at 11145 N. Michigan Road.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08020030 V Development Standards Variance for location of drive-through window and
number of stacking spaces.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, thc aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Departinent. The expiration date of the approval is March 24, 2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
