1. The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general
welfare of the community because:
The subiect real estate is surrounded bv other office, business and retail uses and is not
surrounded bv residential uses. The requested variance pertains to siqnaqe sa that the Applicant
can provide adequate and proper notice of its office location to its customers and patients. Since
the variance is intended to provide proper notice via siqnage and since the area is not surrounded
by residential uses, the approval of the variance will not be iniurious to the public health. safety.
