Dear Subdivision Committee Member:
Attached please find materials pertaining to the Dapper Estates Primary Plat petition.
Please find a large-format copy of the primary plat and an exhibit summarizing the butTer yard
tree inventory requested by the Carmel Urban Forester
This petition also includes two subdivision waivers (see attached): one for reduction of
road frontage (the west lot possesses no road frontage and will be accessed from a common
access easement); and one for elimination of the pedestrian path construction requirement (this
subdivision will not result in any additional impact to the pedestrian pathway system in Carmel).
We look forward to reviewing these materials with you in more detail at the March 4,
