The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting March 18, 2008 regarding the application
for Dapper Estates Primary Plat, Docket No. 07110025 PP, and the following Subdivision Waivers: Docket No.
07110026 SW and Docket No. 08020031 SW. Dapper Estates is located at 1340 Rohrer Road and is zoned R-
l/Residence.
APPROVED: Docket No. 07110025 PP, Dapper Estates and Subdivision Waivers as foUows:
Docket No. 07110026 SW, seo 6.05.01, lot with 110 street frontage, and Docket No.
08020031 SW, SCO Chapter 8.0, installation of path/sidewalk.

regarding the improvements contained within this approvaL
