Dapper Estates is located at 1340 Rohrer Road and is zoned R- l/Residence. APPROVED: Docket No. 07110025 PP, Dapper Estates and Subdivision Waivers as foUows: Docket No. 07110026 SW, seo 6.05.01, lot with 110 street frontage, and Docket No. 08020031 SW, SCO Chapter 8.0, installation of path/sidewalk.
