Re; Zoning request for addition of modular unit
With hopes of being on the July 19th TEC meeting, enclosed is the following:
1) T AC application
2) Picture representing a close likeness of the structure
3) LayoulJdrawing of the modular
4) Site plan with the proposed modnlar highlighted
College Park Church wishes to add a 24x 44 modular for a two year period for additional Sunday
school space and other church uses. The existing structure has 13000 squ3Te feet under roof and
this addition is right at 1000 square feet.
The College Park main campus is Located at:
2606 West 96th Street
Indianapolis, IN 46268
The property under consideration for expansion owned by College Park is located at:
3600 West 96th Street (96th and Shelboume)
Cannel, rN 46268
PLease note the site plan shows this property as Hertiage Baptist Church. College Park bought this
property about 10 years ago.
