The plat for SectiDn 1 was divided into Blocks A, Band C to provide areas for Townhomes to be constructed The building on Block A is now complete and we need to file a Final Plat of Block. A dividing the block into 6 parcels based"on the location of the individual units. AI the time we went lhrough plan approval Matt Griffin was working on this project and we discussed theplatling of the blocks into individual units with him. When we filed the Final Pial for Section 1 we paid the platting fee fDr 18 units (SB02 + $107 ,00110t = $2,728), but the plat actually only consisted of 3 blocks.
