2. Filing fee must be paid prior to the August 16th Meeting
3. This item is subject to administrative review only.
Department of Community Service's Initial Review Comments:
1. Will there be any mechanical equipment (HVAC) that is part of this structure?
2. Given thatthis site is established and currently NOT within the corporate limits of the City of Carmel (but still within
the City's Zoning jurisdiction) we will not require the standards be met in terms of bufferyard plantings and lot
coverage limitations. Be aware that in the future if you were to substantially alter this site that all such
requirements would be mandatory.

The comments above specify the Department of Community Service's (DOCS) comments and concerns There will be no
other review letter from DOCS issued prior to the T AC meeting.
