Thuk, we wi I comply and remove the cxi~ting pole sign and replace it with the ground sign which was approved by the C mmittee. However, I have recently learned that my s.gn contractor will be unable to complete the work per the original time frame. I have been advised by the sign c.ontractor that the existing pole sign could be re~oved by no later than May 31, 2004, In this regard, I have enclosed a copy of the letter I se.nt to my contractor regatding the expected cnmpletion date fOf" the work, l Unfortunately, analyzing the possibilities relating to a !\ign variance W;lS more time consuming t an I an . cipated. Nonetheless~ I am representing to you in writing that the sign contractor has adv.ised, me that Ithe exi ing pole sign will be removed by no later than May 31, 2004.
