Dear Ms Butler:
I am writing in response to your letter of response to my SOR application. A copy of
your letter is enclosed.
1) Zoning in shown on page 1 of attachments.
2) Landscape plan is shown on page 2 of attachments.
3) I spoke with l\1r. Brewer and he was very helpful with the landscape plan.
4) Sign materials are shown on pages 4 & 5 of attachments.
5) Site plan showing location of proposed sign is on page 3 of attachments.
6) Dimensions from North and West property lines are shown on page 3 of
attachments.
7) This is covered on page 3 of attachments.
8) There are no existing signs.
9) Color renderings of proposed sign are found on pages 4 & 5 of attachments. Sign
#3 is on page 5 because it is being done by a different vendor.
10) Sign orientation is shown on page 3 of attaclmlents.
11) The proposed sign will not be electrically illuminated.

RE: David Wilkinson's Addition, Lot 8- Site Plan & Design Review
Dear Mr. Harper:
This letter is in response to your SDR Application fOT the David Wilkinson's Addition, Lot 8. Upon the
completion of the following items, an approval letter shall follow. Tbe petition will be valid fOT two years after
date of approval. If construction has not started at the end of the two-year period, the Site Plan and Design
Review request must be re-submitted to the director. Please complete the following:
1. Please show the zoning of the adjacent properties and what each is being used as.
2. Please show the ground sign landscaping on a site plan with plant legend.
3. Please contact the Urban Forester, Scott Brewer, for approval for landscaping at sign base.
4. Please label materials used for the sign.
5. Please clarify the sign location on the site plan by labeling the proposed sign.
6. Please show/label the dimensions of the sign to the north and west property lines.
7. Note that the sign must be at least 5-f't from all property lines.
8. Please show, label, and. give dimensions of existing signs.
9. Please provide a color rendering of the proposed sign. Provide the bottom third tenant's Slgn m
rendering.
10. Please show, which way the sign is oriented on the site plan.
11. Please state how sign will be lit, such as spotlight or internal lighting.
