At the meeting held Monday, April 28, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) ftled by you for the property located at 11819 Pennsylvania Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. OS030034 V Development Standards Variance for address sign size requested larger than
permitted,
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is April 28, 2009.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the sign approved pursuant to the
aforementioned Development Standards Variance must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date oflbe
approval is April 28, 2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
