I. The grant of this variance will not be contrary to the public interest, due to the existence of
special condition(s) such that enforcement of the zoning ordinance will result in unnecessary
hardship because: The house is located 14 feet from ]] 6th Street and undesirable for
residential use.
2.
The grant ofthis variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general d\OJ
welfare of the community because: A flower shop is low traffic retail. the site will be /:::
