Acceptance of Alternates from Bid Package Three
Mr:,Olds•stated-the Construclion.Manager.has evaiuatedLthe,series of'altemates for, bid
packages 'l 4,'and'outlined Miici alternates°are-extremely'important-:fortheadng-tens
durability of the facility. Two alternateswerc identified as important to long=tenn
durability,: scheduling and sequencing of the project Limestone Field and Cast Stone at
Upper..Drum. The staff requested the CRC=approve. adding the two.alternates to the
project.

Mr.,Sharp moyed,to,accept the bid of BybeehSfone Company/Hagernlan Construction in

Stokely: The bid'front Keystone Construction"was noCreceived before the deadline, and
needs to'be,rejected: fil3ebid- from,Banrett & Stokely does not comply witli.tlie,RF.P and
needs•.tobe rejected.

Mi Hammer moved to:r_eject both bids for-Parcel 47t1,.B',&,C in response to the RFP.
