Hollibaugh, Director SUE FINKAM, MAYOR L E T T E R of G R A N T March 25, 2025 Christine & Kurt Larson 377 Patricia Court Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2025-019 SE - Larson Short Term Residential Rental Renewal Dear Mrs. Larson: At the meeting held Monday, March 24, 2025, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) request filed by you for the property located at 377 Patricia Court: APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ-2025-00019 SE - Larson Short Term Residential Rental Renewal • CONDITIONS: The Petitioner/homeowner is present when short-term rental guests stay, and that there are no more than four (4) guests per rental period. Please be advised that, per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is March 24, 2026.
