Explanation of why variance/waiver is being requested: The house is very large as well as the garage. The homeowners
have purchased an in-ground pool which consumes the last of the lot coverage allowed. Seeking to have more concrete
and a pergola to go beside the pool to enhance the pool features creating a beautiful backyard.
HOA has approved deign and coverage. With adding the pool, the lot would not look luxurious with only concrete around
it. The backyard will look much better if the concrete extended and there is a nice seating area to the side. The Pergola
will enhance the look of the pool and backyard.
