Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer meeting on the 28 day of April,

Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance application to allow an additional 3-ft in height for a pool
house: UDO Section 2.04: Maximum 18-ft accessory building height allowed; 21-ft
