1)CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY ALL EXISTING UTILITIES WITHIN THE PROJECT LIMITS PRIOR TO THE
START OF CONSTRUCTION. IN THE EVENT A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE FIELD CONDITIONS AND
THE PLANS, THE OWNER AND ENGINEER SHALL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE START OF
CONSTRUCTION.
2)FOR VIEWING CLARITY OF THESE CONSTRUCTION PLANS, THE PIPES OR STRUCTURES MAY NOT BE
DRAWN TO SCALE.
3)A MINIMUM OF 18 INCHES OF VERTICAL SEPARATION AND 10 FEET OF HORIZONTAL SEPARATION
SHALL BE PROVIDED BETWEEN WATER, STORM AND SANITARY LINES.
4)A MINIMUM OF 18 INCHES OF VERTICAL SEPARATION SHALL BE PROVIDED BETWEEN STORM AND
SANITARY SEWERS. IF THE VERTICAL SEPARATION BETWEEN THE STORM AND SANITARY LINES
