Meridian Street Indianapolis, IN 46204 RE: Docket No. PZ-2024-00241 ADLS: Gramercy – Multi-family (Section C) Docket No. PZ-2024-00242 DP: Gramercy Dear Mr. Dirks: The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its April 15, 2025, meeting regarding Development Plan and ADLS approval for the Gramercy, a 19.33 acre urban residential project with townhomes, mixed-use buildings, and multi-family buildings (Section C – 13.49 acres): APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ-2024-00241 ADLS: Gramercy – Multi-family (Section C) PZ-2024-00242 DP: Gramercy CONDITIONS: All outstanding review comments in ProjectDox are addressed. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
