Docket No. PZ-2025-00010 PP/SP: Crandall Minor Subdivision
Dear Ms. Wilhelm:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its April 15th, 2025, meeting regarding Variance
and Minor Subdivision approval to split one parcel into two residential lots. The site is located at 13585 Six
Points Rd. It is zoned S-1/Residential and is not located within an overlay zone.
APPROVED with CONDITIONS: Docket No. PZ-2025-00009 V
Docket No. PZ-2025-00010 PP/SP: Crandall Minor Subdivision
CONDITIONS: All outstanding review comments in ProjectDox are addressed.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application
for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
