The sign(s) advertises for PJ O'Keefe's Ale House in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. According to Section 25.07.01-4 Prohibited Signs, of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance the following sign(s) are prohibited: (f) Signs consisting of banners, posters, pennants, ribbons, streamers, strings of light bulbs, spinners or similar devices, unless they are permitted specifically by other sections of this Ordinance.
