Subject:PERMIT/ZONING APPLICATION FOR 11100 QUEENS WAY CIRCLE
Dear Mr. Shestak,
I strongly protest any change in the zoning or permits that would allow the establishment of a
Bed and Breakfast or an Airbnb at 11100 Queens Way Circle, Carmel, IN 46032.
As the first Homeowner and Longest Term Resident of Queens Manor (40) years, I can tell you that the
restrictive covenants on the lots stated quite clearly that we could NOT have a business at our
homes. Any change such as what is currently being proposed will lay the groundwork for future full
commercial zoning. This is in direct violation of the intended use of the land.
Also, the homeowner who is applying for the change has been very concerned with the comings and
goings of traffic and people in the neighborhood in the past . He has been very concerned about
burglaries in neighboring housing additions, He and a few of the neighbors have a security patrol check
their homes nightly. YET, he wants a lodging business in the neighborhood which would increase traffic
coming and going in the neighborhood. Currently, we cannot tell the good guys from the bad
guys. PLEASE DO NOT increase our traffic flow of unknown individuals!
