By approving the design, the Landlord is only approving the layout and appearance of the signage. However, please note that all liability related to the installation, maintenance, and compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to zoning, safety, and building codes, rests solely with the tenant. All dimensions must be field verified and such measurements are your responsibility. If any such dimensions are found to be inaccurate upon installation, the removal of the material and reinstallation, per the Lease specifications, will also become your responsibility.
