Dear Mr. Whitehead:
Please let this letter serve as Landlord approval of the attached drawing you have submitted that outlines the signage to be
installed on above-referenced location.
By approving the design, the Landlord is only approving the layout and appearance of the signage. However, please note that
all liability related to the installation, maintenance, and compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to zoning,
safety, and building codes, rests solely with the tenant. All dimensions must be field verified and such measurements are
your responsibility. If any such dimensions are found to be inaccurate upon installation, the removal of the material and
reinstallation, per the Lease specifications, will also become your responsibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all signs pass proper governmental zoning regulations. In addition, the Landlord
requires a copy of the permit you receive prior to installation. The sign material and installation must meet all Underwriters
Laboratory Rules and Regulations.

T-Mobile Signage Rebranding Program
LL Notification Letter
To Whom it May Concern,
This letter is to inform you that T-Mobile is in the process of rebranding its existing exterior signage at our
third party branded retail locations. As part of this rebrand process, we will be changing out the existing T-
Mobile signage with our newly approved T-Mobile Authorized Retailer branding.
This is a national rebranding effort that is being led by the T-Mobile Construction Team.
Attached to this letter are the renderings of what the new exterior signage will look like. Your prompt
