Contractor responsible for repairing any damage to utilities to the satisfaction of the owner, utility owner, and operating authority at no additional cost. 5.Contractor to stake all tree locations prior to planting. Final placement of plant materials shall be approved by Landscape Architect. Otherwise, substitution of plant material will not be permitted. 11.All planting beds shall have a minimum of 36" uncompacted soil, free from weeds or deleterious materials larger than 1". 12.All planting beds to receive a minimum of 3" shredded hardwood bark mulch, except as noted in the planting details.
