As per the recorded plat dated 1-3-24, instrument
number 2024000186, Lot-1 MFPG is 835.50; Lot 2-8 is
838.77; lot 9-12 is 841.65

These are existing building wall dimensions, however, to
eliminate possible confusion and further questions
about the building, the building and related
dimensioning has been removed from the plat to
provide a cleaner version for approval and recording.

number 2024000186, Lot-1 MFPG is 835.50; Lot 2-8 is

Staff has been advised that we cannot present a Secondary Plat to the
Director for signature from this point forward until Ms. Terry Krueskamp
(tkrueskamp@carmel.in.gov) in Information Systems has received an e-mail
with an electronic file attached (MicroStation .dgn is preferred, or AutoCad
.dwg of the subdivision) and it (the e-mail) has been copied to myself
(cjesse@carmel.in.gov), OR please upload a .dgn or .dwg file of the proposed
plat.

Please submit a revised Secondary Plat after making above-mentioned
changes. Once these changes have been made and comments addressed,
please produce a Mylar copy (with the surveyors and land owners signatures)
for signature by this Department. 1 digital copy of the plat must be provided
with the Mylar copy, prior to recording, and then 1 paper copy and 1
electronic copy of the scanned, recorded plat must be submitted following
recording of the document. Our approval of the secondary plat (signature)
will be forthcoming upon revision of the plans according to the items listed
above.
