At the meeting held Monday, April 28, 2025, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) request filed by you for the property located at 131
Beechmont Drive:
APPROVED: PZ-2024-00033 SE - Kedanis Short Term Residential Rental Renewal.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Special
Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is April 28, 2026.
