RE: Docket No. PZ-2025-00025 ADLS Amend: BuffaLouie’s Smart Pergola
Dear Mr. Barker,
The Carmel Planning Department took the following administrative action regarding design approval to install
a new smart pergola over the existing patio on the south side of the restaurant. The site is located at 43 W.
Main St. It is zoned C-2/Mixed-Use and is not located within an overlay zone.
APPROVED: PZ-2025-00025 ADLS Amend: BuffaLouie’s Smart Pergola
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application
for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
