1. Property Overview
The subject property is located at 311 North Rangeline Road. The site is currently developed
and occupied by Blue House Bridal. The parcel includes a main structure commonly known as
the “Blue House Bridal,” situated on the East side of Rangeline Road, with pedestrian sidewalk
access along the frontage.
2. Purpose of Plan
The purpose of this site plan is to document the placement of a new freestanding sign for Blue
House Bridal, to comply with local zoning and signage regulations.
3. Sign Details
● Sign Description: One (1) freestanding business sign bearing the name “Blue House
