HomeMy WebLinkAboutProject DescriptionImportant Information To Accompany Drawings I received an email and now can’t locate it that the initial plans were due by 5/1/2025. I will need to supplement some information. 1. The purpose of this addition is because I own a 1969 Malibu Convertible that needs quite a bit of restoration and work. As it is a convertible it can’t be left outside. The driveway is at a 5 or 10 degree angle and is not safe for working on a car. That leaves working in the garage or in the street. Working in the street is not safe or desirable. It is also not appropriate for longer projects when the car is unable to move. Having a separate space for working on the car is preferrable and you will note that there will be a wall between new and old bays that will allow work to be performed without disruption to the normal activities in the garage. 2. The setback from the property line will be 17.21 Feet as noted on the 13885 Adios Pass GIS Measurement flle. 3. The side yard drainage is somewhere roughly halfway between the setback and the property line and should not be affected by the addition. 4. Per Hamilton County, there are no easements except for the one along the back property line approximately 110 feet from the house. 5. The shed is in the back of the property about 105 feet from the house and is used to store lawn and garden tools and equipment. 6. This addition will not be heated or cooled. 7. There will be gutters that expel from the sides of the addition that will fiow into the current drainage. There should be no issues with erosion control or any extraordinary erosion measures needed. 8. I am currently waiting for the contractor to provide the elevation of the structure at the corners and will need to supplement this information.
