Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board
of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer meeting on the
27th day of May, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers, 1 Civic Sq., 2nd Flr., Carmel,
IN 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon a
Development Standards Variance application to:
approve a variance for a third garage bay addition
that will exceed 75% of the ground floor area of
the principal building UDO Section 5.02(B)(3)(a).
