The subject site is the parcel that is identified by the Auditor of Hamilton County, Indiana as Tax Parcel Identification Number 17-09-21-00-00-001.000 which parcel consists of 15.7 acres and is located at the southeast corner of 146th Street and Towne Road (collectively, the “Real Estate”). The Real Estate is currently zoned pursuant to the Towne 146 PUD, Ordinance Number Z-694-24, and the request filed by Lennar Homes of Indiana, LLC, seeks primary plat approval for a forty-seven (47) lot subdivision with open space and common areas to be known as “Baker Village”.
