Westfield, Indiana 46074 RE: CARMEL CITY CODE WEEDS/GRASS VIOLATION Dear Sir or Madam: This letter is being provided to inform you that the property at 1045 Rangeline Rd., a property list under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance No. D-1557-02) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (b)(1), and Carmel City Code, §6-77(k), which construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of debris. (k) Any accumulation of junk, rubbish, scrap metal, automotive parts, building materials, machinery, dead trees, or parts thereof, upon any premises in a residential area. Please be advised, if the above referenced violation is not corrected by August 7, 2007 this matter will be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel.
