RE: CARMEL CITY CODE WEEDSIGRASS VIOLATION
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is being provided to inform you that the property at 13093 Brookshire Pkwy, a
property list under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance
No. D-1557-02) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (b)(1).
(c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located
within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation
growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall
keep their property clear of debris.
Please be advised, if the above referenced violation is not corrected within Seven (7)
days from the date of this letter, this matter will be brought into compliance by the City of
Carmel. You, as property owner(s) will be liable and billed for the cost of correcting the
violation and all administrative costs. If you have any questions please contact me at 571-
