Section of UDO being varied from: UDO Section 2.07 - Permitted Uses - Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) use not
permitted but requested. I want to build a house behind my parents' house, as they are getting older, and it would be
phenomenal to be nearby if they need anything.
Explanation of why variance/waiver is being requested: This will be a building less than 18 feet tall that will not negatively
affect anyone around us. My mother has MS, and my father has neurological issues. They would benefit from having me
live nearby so I can assist them when needed.
