Extended dates of substantial completion and final completion due to delay in the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The notice was sent to Rieth-Riley forty-two (42) calendar days after the anticipated Notice to Proceed date of February 6, 2025 per Addendum #1 dated January 17, 2025. The revised substantial completion date will be July 4, 2025 and the final completion date will be August 11, 2025. 939,658.97$ 2.) Rieth-Riley has made a request to extend the closure of Keystone Parkway to begin at 8:00 PM in lieu of 9:00 PM per the TS 5 of the contract documents. This time change will only occur on one night when the new precast concrete beams will be delivered to site. Tentatively this is scheduled for May 19, 2025 at this time. 3.) Rieth-Riley has made a request to close one lane of Southbound Keystone Parkway (east lane) during the bridge beam demolition operations. This lane closure would only be installed during the allowable hours per the contract documents - specifically TS 5.
