The existing site is ±10.4 acres lot consisting of single-family homes, access drives, and grass lawn. The property is currently zoned Urban Residential UR. This phase of the project includes two multi-family developments, both of which are being reviewed and approved separately under their own ADLS docket numbers. Phase 2 of North End will include the construction of seven townhome style residential structures (total of 72 units), and the construction of a 170-unit age restricted living (55+) development. Both projects will be served by public utilities, and the necessary stormwater infrastructure will be constructed to serve both properties.
