The property is currently zoned S-1 Residential, where STRR use is not permitted by right and therefore requires approval under UDO Section 2.03 – Permitted Uses, Residential. This request seeks approval to allow the entire single-family home to be rented for durations of 30 days or fewer, under a professionally managed, owner-aligned hosting model that prioritizes neighborhood integrity, safety, and city compliance.
