It is your responsibility, as the owner of the Property, to ensure that the Property is not in violation of City’s ordinance(s). Your property is currently in violation of the following: Cain, Vivian Carmel, Indiana 46032 10470 Roxley Bend Violation:§5.73 Short-Term Rentals Statement of Violation:Please remove this property from all Short-Term Rental sites (AirBnB, VRBO, etc.) by June 21, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of citations for each day that the property remains active for any short-term rentals (those with less than 30-day stays) outside of the exempt dates, and these citations require mandatory appearance in Carmel City Court. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Corrective Action Due Date: Pursuant to Indiana Code § 36-1-6-2(a), if the Property is not brought into compliance with the above Carmel City Code Sections, within DAYS of the date of this Notice, the City will take all appropriate action to bring the Property into compliance with the ordinance(s). If the City takes action to bring your Property into compliance, the expenses incurred by the City to do so constitute a lien against the Property. Additionally, the City may issue citations for the ordinance violation(s), which carry with them court costs and civil penalties. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
